Mick Manning and Brita Granström
Mick Manning studied at the Royal College of Art 84-87; Brita Granström at Konstfack, Stockholm 89-94. They have been working together for 23 years and have collaborated on over 90 children’s books, often sharing the illustration.Their most recent children’s book is The Brontes – Children of the moors (Watts/Hachette). They also work individually, as artists and printmakers with galleries and collectives including: St Jude’s, Tanner & Lawson, Kings Place, Thompson’s Galleries, Open Eye (Edinburgh) and Godfrey & Watt. Brita has a solo exhibition Nocturnal Swimmer with Tanner & Lawson, and running at their Chelsea gallery through November 2016.
